This newsstand release comes after successful early sales at San Diego Comic-Con. Co-creators Quinn and Zurzolo were joined by an all-star creative team of illustrator Claudia Balboni, color artist Brad Simpson, and letterer Dave Sharpe. Balboni returns for The Addiction #2, as Niki Tino continues her war against the drug cartels who accidentally gave the doctor her chemically enhanced superpowers.

The creative team is already preparing for The Addiction #3’s next digital release via VeVe Comics, following the outstanding success of The Addiction #2’s April release.
